- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a patient for about 4 yrs. Both me and my mother go, wait 8-10 for a script, pharmacy calls them repeatedly, nothing. I now demand paper slips for prescriptions and I take them to the pharmacy. There are TOO many people in the office and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand us doing. They have put my medication list in my mother's file, given me outdated samples of medicine. Have concerns with fluid in my legs ask repeatedly for them to be drain and i always get the same answer, they will just fill up again. Like Julie as a doctor, dowden too busy chit chatting and is always behind, cant stand the pa's they know nothing. So once again off to the library get every medical book i can get look up the symtoms and diagnose myself. Then when i find the answer and show them, oh thats it. As a patient Dr. Beau Dowden and Amy PA-C for about 3 years I have always felt they have looked out for my best interest and provided me with high quality professional care.
